Bought these for my husband's walking boots as I have a set of Drizone ones which are sadly no longer available. These are very good, though slimmer than my Drizones. The plastic case would be useful to aid insertion into smaller boots, but hubby's size 11s are so cavernous they could fit both in one! I have been taking the inserts out of the cases so they fit right down to the toes, and they seem to work well. Glad I bought the larger ski boot size as the smaller ones would have been too small. They dry easily on a radiator ready for re-use.

I wasn’t sure they would be effective but I didn’t want anything that would crack the leather using warm air. These have been great for me, I have recharged them a couple of times and these work great in my trainers and boots. I am looking to get the longer pair for use with my long boots.

Lovely looking product. Unfortunately doesn't stand up to the job. Leather Work boots that got soaked Saturday and were needed for Monday and kept by the radiator unfortunately the boot dryers didn't touch the sides when left in overnight. We will have to go back to electric ones. I'm sure they would work well for minor damp shoes or synthetic material but didn't work for the leather.

I had these in my boots for 5 days, and they didnt do a thing - they were still just as wet as when as the day i wore them.I got 2 car dehumidifier bags (same concept, a THIRD of the price and significantly larger) and they did a slightly better job.These are very much style over performance. I would question whether the plastic shell is even needed tbh.

I poured out the excess water leaving the soaking, after 5 hours with 4 sheets of a quality newspaper they we ... See MoreI've just used my new Drysure inserts for the first time. Following a ride I hosed down the bike and hosed my 5:10s clean too. I poured out the excess water leaving the soaking, after 5 hours with 4 sheets of a quality newspaper they were still wet. The Drysures have been left in all night and all day and my shoes are only just damp to the touch. I never left them by a radiator or the like. I'm pretty impressed as normally the 5:10s take days to dry. I'm sure if i hadn't hosed the shoes they would have been dry.
