Dr. Rosipal and his team are the best. Professional as well as personal and friendly. My follow up could not have gone better and he answered all of my questions. Thank you MD West One!

Sometimes you’re really good at your profession but communication / bed side manors lacks and it comes off to customers/ patients as the professional doesn’t care and you’re just a number. Dr. Rosipal has it all! I may be biased after years of being under his cares, but not only did he come in high regards as 1A in the Omaha area for a shoulder surgeon specialist, his bedside manors and care for his patients is A . Not only is Dr. Rosipal the best Shoulder Specialist, his staff mirrors his demeanor and are all very caring and have GREAT bed side manors! MD West One is the BEST and come in high regards!

The staff is very friendly. Dr Rosipal was excellent. He explained everything and what to expect in the future.

Dr. Rosipal and his staff are top notch. I am on oxygen 24/7 and was in desperate need of a new shoulder. Thanks to the excellent teamwork of MD West One, I have my new shoulder; and can’t wait to have the other shoulder done when I have recovered from the first one.

Our family have seen Dr. Rosipal, Dr Inda, Dr.Fischer and Dr McCarthy. All together we have had 7 diffrent surgeries over a number of years. We have had excellent care. The new office on 192 and Dodge is conveniently located, beautiful, efficient and spacious.

I had fallen on March 14th and so I call Dr Phillips and he had a opening that following Friday. Thanks dr Phillips for letting me know I was just brused up and your kindness. Also had xray done on my right shoulder and dr Phillips help me out until my appointment on March 25 when i saw Dr Rosipal to great dr I learned to trust couldn't ask for a better place to go when I need some help

I’ve been to too many doctors, about my shoulder, to count. Over 20 years of pain and looking for help this was the first time I felt heard and got some hope that there is something we can do! Dr. Rosipal was amazing, very knowledgeable and pretty funny too! Great bedside manner. Would highly recommend.

It was very good. I was escorted back at exactly my appt time. Nurse was great The PA (Chris) was friendly, professional, and very informative. Dr Rosipal was extremely great . He asked a lot of questions, he listened to me. He wants to try a hydrocortisone injection and PT before considering surgery. We clicked very well . The entire atmosphere was upbeat and positive. I never felt like “just another patient”. The building was beautiful- extremely clean. I would very much recommend MD West 1

I went into MD West One this morning to see Dr. Charles Rosipal. What a warm welcoming physician he is. Made me feel valued as a patient. Explained my shoulder issue so that I understood what was happening and how we were going to resolve the issue. I highly recommend him for treatment of upper extremity issues…
