Everything was great. From the check-in to the wait time to seeing Dr. Rosipal. He's kind and caring and never in a hurry which is an outstanding quality for a doctor. I have recommended him to several friends. I think that's the greatest compliment a doctor can't receive.

Check-in was expedited due to pre appointment electronic paperwork. Dr Rosipal, Scott & Angie were attentive, efficient and informative. Dr walked through my X-Ray and MRI to educate me and allow me to see myself, the extent of my injury. He listened to my concerns and goals post surgery and answered all my questions. He confirmed my goals and set expectations that might impact my decision to have surgery. After meeting with him I understand why he’s such a highly rated orthopedic surgeon.

I really appreciate the communication I have gotten from Dr Charles Rosipal both times I have seen him. He goes over the X-rays and explains the best way to treat my shoulders. Dr Ajay Jana replaced my hip a couple of years ago and he also discussed the X-ray and process to have my hip replaced. He put me at ease with his own confidence. Two great doctors and I have absolutely no problem referring people to either of them. Communication is the key to making a patient comfortable and confident in the doctors you have working for you at MD West One.

I have the 2 best orthopedic doctors. Dr. Rosipal for my shoulder and Dr. O'Malley for my knees. Both have the greatest knowledge, compassion and concern for my well being. I would never go anywhere else.

Dr. Rosipal and his staff are absolutely top notch. I needed a should repair after years and years of damage. They were honest and considerate of all my questions and concerns. If in the future I require any sort of orthopedic assistance or repair this is the place I would return to repeatedly without question. All the staff is amazing and attentive. If you're in need of anything that they can assist you with I would highly recommend giving them a call. You won't be disappointed.

Dr. Rosipal is the best shoulder guy. He has a great bedside manner, which helps you relax. Oh and, he has a good sense of humor without being condescending. I would total recommend this facility to anyone going through an orthopedic event.

MD West One is an excellent option for TKR total knee replacement surgery. I naturally went to them after a very good experience with Dr. Rosipal with my shoulder repair in 2014. Dr. Otterberg is an amazing surgeon. He didn’t push me to get a replacement and wanted to try all the alternative options before recommending me for replacement. His coaching through surgery and follow up was on target. I took physical therapy seriously and it paid off. He even released me to go deer hunting 6 weeks after surgery. I hope I never have to have my other knee replaced but if I do I know who I want to do it.

I use Dr. Rosipal and I also use Dr. Phillips and Matt at MD West one. This is the best place to go for shoulders and knees. The wait time in the office is almost none. They have all the essentials that they need at their offices, so you don’t have to go to different buildings or hospitals to get x-rays and such. I feel in my own decision that it moves along the process of what needs to be fixed so there’s no going home taking medicine for two weeks and if it looks like it’s still bothering you come back and will look at it again. The nurses and staff are very efficient and helpful as well!! Number one in my book!!

Dr Rosipal and his PA Scott were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, out for my best wellbeing. My Cortisone shots Dr. Rosipal hurt but not as bad as I thought they would and I could tell he knew what he was doing. Dr. Scott spent time with me before Dr. Rosipal came in and I felt very cared for. I will refer them to anyone!

Dr. Rosipal did a Reverse Shoulder Replacement for my Right arm and I am so grateful for him, the staff and Nurses at Midwest Surgical Hospital for the excellent care and treatment I have received.

I want to give a shout out to the staff at Dr. Rosipal’s office. The entire experience was awesome from Jessie who checked me in, to Haley in the exam room to Scott Korbut PA, the X-ray tech( sorry don’t remember her name) and to Dr Rosipal. No one likes to go to the doctor when things hurt but it was a pleasure to be treated with kindness, humor and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend this group to anyone. Thanks to you all.

My husband, Philip, and I have been extremely pleased with the care we've received at MD West ONE on Farnam. The office is very convenient to get to and is operated very efficiently. We receive excellent medical care from Dr. Rosipal, and PA Scott Krobot, and their team. We highly recommend!

After three years of waiting for an answer on a shoulder issue I saw Dr Rosipal and was given anwers in about 10 min! He is absolutely amazing as is Scott! From check in to check out we were treated like gold! I left with ANSWERS and knowing and trusting him after just one visit that hes going to help me solve this! Absolutely thrilled with my visit! Highly recommend!
