Rarely review places, but have to put 5 stars down for Andrew’s stellar service. Very knowledge and personable bloke, didn’t make coming in feel “salesy” at all and was probably the best retail experience I’ve had in years. Will be back and will recommend to mates.

We have been having issues with a warranty claim for my son's bike that we bought there but we were served by Zach today who was exceptional. He actually followed up the warranty claim for us, checked over the bike and made interim improvements while ensuring it was still safe to ride, then sent a confirmation SMS of the claim number. Ask for Zach if you're there, really impressed.
