As always, a fantastic service from the crew and especially David. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable about their products. David does go above and beyond to make sure that all things are metiliciously looked after prior to completion of work sign off. My Friends and I have really never bothered going elsewhere as TBE Nedlands has always been competitive with pricing and a little extra does go a long way these days. Would definitely not hesitate to recommend TBE Nedlands to anyone else.

I actually went to an independent shop first to buy a bike and the guy there (I won't name the shop) was so unhelpful I ended up going to TBE to buy it instead, I found them to be very helpful & polite. I've been back several times since and will continue to shop there as it's always a pleasurable experience. Good customer service, i'd definitely recommend.

Wonderful bike shop! We arrived from the US with our touring bikes and were having trouble getting them realigned properly after being boxed up for the flights. The guys at TBE saved the day. Within minutes our bikes were rolling along nicely again. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!
