Bought a bike to bring overseas. The guys at TBE were awesome in getting the bike I wanted at short notice and packing it. So happy

Arrived exhausted with heatstroke one day having ridden there in near 40 degree heat to get a basket for my bike (not my wisest move, in retrospect). The staff looked after me while I slowly recovered and gained back my strength with water and cold towels, while another attached the basket to my bike for me. Very grateful for their assistance. Would not die there again

Great service and some of the best deals around! I try to shop local whenever possible and found TBE Nedlands to have a great range at competitive prices. Thanks Gareth and Patrick @ the shop, and Nuno @ the service department for all your help!

They are efficient and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about bicycles and they know their prices already. They even know what is wrong with the bike with one look.

Great shop, competitive prices. Great service and staff are always helpful. Good follow up on enquiries that I have made, unlike plenty of other bike shops in Perth. Highly recommended.

We have purchased numerous bikes, trailers and cycling gear through this store. The new location is great. The experience very much comes down to the staff member in the store. We recently dealt with David and he was super helpful, very thorough and explained everything in detail. Impressive! Thank you.

Dropped my bike off on Tuesday morning for a service, as the chain was starting to creak. I was told that I would receive a phone call in the next two days(!) about the cost. On Thursday I received a phone call that the rear brakepad was worn and would need replacing, and that the total cost for the service would be around $140. That is nearly a third of the cost of the bike...Absolutely ridiculous. Car services are cheaper than this. Moreover..I was informed "it should be ready by next wednesday". Over a week to service a bike which has nothing wrong with it (other than a worn rear brake pad) for 140!?!?! Are they crazy?? It's a bicycle not an aeroplane. Anyway I said no to the quote..only to be informed that the bike had already been sent to another service centre?? I was informed that I would have to wait until Friday before coming to pick it up. Long story short. Terrible, utterly terrible service. The most expensive pricing I have ever seen..wasted a week of my time for a bike that was perfectly fine to ride around. I only dropped it off here because I thought it would be convenient. This bikeshop seems to cater to the high end cyclists with a lot of money to spare. For the casual enthusiast, or people who refuse to pay car servicing prices for a bike service - avoid this shop at all costs. Outrageously expensive..anything they sell (bikes/parts/accessories/service) can be found cheaper both online and offline and with better customer service. The "entrepreneur" bit of the name gives away this bike shop's true focus.

Was recommended this shop by a mate who said they had reliable workshop. Does not seem to be the case. I called to ask for service availability and was told it's pretty busy. No worries, it's busy everywhere, every shop I've called has a wait list. All good. Get told there will be a spot the week of 17 Feb. Sounds good to me. Don't hear anything back. Give them a call on 19 Feb. Sorry, you were meant to bring it on Monday. Not what I was told but guess it's just a miscommunication, fair enough, no stress. Ask for the next date available. 24 Feb. Excellent. Bring the bike in on 24 Feb., run over it with the guy at the service counter. Simple enough, lvl. 2 service, replace the bar tape, fresh sealant for the tyres. Nothing particularly complicated. Get told it should take 2 days max. Saturday rolls around, haven't heard anything. Head down, different guy at the service counter asks me when I got my quote. Tell him I never got a quote, he says that's odd and goes and has a look. Comes back very apologetic and tells me something's gotten lost and it should have been quoted straight away, service won't start until a quote is approved. Will have it sorted out. Monday's a public holiday but still nothing on Tuesday. Go in on Wednesday. Bike's been sitting there for nine days, seven of which they were open for. Take the bike back, nothing's been done, hasn't been looked at. Apparently I "got pretty close" to getting a service. Why'd you have me bring it in nine days ago? What does "pretty close" mean? Maybe I would have a quote by the end of the second week? Absolute farce. Appalling customer service, no attempt at any sort of communication. Timelines provided were obviously way off and they were never going to inform me of that unless I went and asked myself. The two day turnaround claim was clearly dishonest. And, by the sounds of it, they weren't even on top of organising their own workshop. Overall shocking experience and I will not shop here for service or parts again, let alone a new bike when the time comes.

Deplorable online shopping experience with this Company. Sought out a part that was photographically advertised on their online platform and ordered it - no show within a month. After numerous attempts to contact the store a package eventually arrived but did not include the item I had ordered. I did note that the tiny items that were eventually delivered in an oversized box when a padded envelope would have been sufficient. Attempted to complain via email but communications ceased. Possibly great instore service but remotely, absolutely not.

Pretty poor customer service I rocked up with an e-bike fair play if you don’t want to deal with an e-bike but I was referred to a motorbike store, bad advice. I was also told that it’s not a tubeless tyre after I showed the clerk 4-5 sources referencing this bike stating that the tyre is tubeless and it literally says tubeless on the tyre so very bad common sense here. I was charged 16 dollars to put my own tyre sealent into the front tyre. It took about 2 minutes. The clerk didn’t even apply it to the second tyre. Really terrible service. Trying to rush me out the door. Had to force the business down their throat. The other clerk was chiming in with vitriol and irrelevant dribble when he wasn’t being addressed, which was interesting. I was told no bike store in Perth would want to assist with my e-bike. I literally took it to another bike store with a more resourceful representative who was much more receptive and was able to supply me with the goods I was looking for. So all around inaccurate and inefficient and overpriced. seems like they are a very one dimensional bike store and can’t comprehend anything beyond their basic capacity and knowledge about standard road bikes. Willing to revoke this sentiment if I’m refunded for the poor quality service.

Extremely OVER PRICED & a RIP OFF. The Asian guy there is UNFRIENDLY & UNHELPFUL. The Asian guy that works there - STAY AWAY from him. He gives Horrendous customer service. He enjoys giving people the death stare, and is unhelpful and unfriendly - looks like he is frequently receiving bad reviews and they are similar to my experience. Plus you can find better choice and cheaper prices at other shops in perth. Same stuff just cheaper. Im off to glen parker, 99bikes or speed shop! Bye bye TBE Nedlands! :)

They charged me over $800 to replace 2 standard wheels on my bike and to service it, they didnt even index my gears properly, absolute rip off. Make sure you get a second quote from a different shop before going here. I would not recommend them to my friends.
