Excellent experience starting with the booking process to final drop off. Timely and helpful communication that included where to grocery shop enroute was very appreciated. Pick up at the busy Geneva airport was easy, on time. Outstanding driving skills made us feel very safe at all times. In addition, drivers were excellent packers of all our gear that accompanied us on this international trip. Email, text and WhatsApp communication very good. Thank you. We traveled from Geneva to La Rosière last Saturday at the time of the Rock slide. We were a party of 8 including 4 young children. Our driver Reinis was absolutely amazing! When the children got scared at the thought of staying in Albertville overnight he stayed with our family and drove through the night to get us to our resort safely! We cannot thank you enough for making the best out of such a stressful situation 😊

Davis, collected me from Geneva on the 10th October, and even before he met me at the airport, he was already demonstrating a level of service above and beyond that I have not seen in a very long time. He was incredibly organised and thoughtful in his preparation to collect me at the airport. Upon meeting each other I had run out of battery and he assured me it was no problem that I could borrow his as mine did not have the correct USB.
