My husband and I were in Grand Rapids purchasing a car and decided to give this place a try based off reviews and products. The front desk lady was very nice and easy going. We waited in a very short line that seemed to move quickly. We were then greeted by Ethan with a warm smile, nice hello, and handshake. It’s clear that he knows his stuff and was able to direct us to what we were looking for. He let us smell a lot of the different types of weeds and gave us some recommendations. He even taught us some things along the way. He was nice, educated, kind, and really funny. He made it a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. He gave us amazing customer service. We will definitely be back. I also like the fact that we got a lot of samples and that he let us pick out of own buds. Thank you Ethan and Exclusive. We are very satisfied. It is the best weed I’ve ever had. The dispensaries in Michigan are the best and much better than IL (Who I’m closest to). Thanks again!!
