Fabulous experience from Love Your Blinds from beginning to end. Everyone I have spoken to has been friendly and helpful. I was kept updated on the progress and delivery schedule of the shutters. Richard explained all the options available to me, and provided plenty of detail in terms of what to expect of the product and installation, as well as providing a very detailed quote, answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. We had 3 sails fitted under our lantern and we are very pleased with them. They work as promised in limiting the intense sunlight and they look great - architectural. We are very pleased that we did not fit an electric horizontal blind, which was the only other real option which would have cost 3 times as much. We had a hiccup - the sails werent cut right first time, but that was sorted out quickly.

We’ve had a zip blind and 6 roller blinds fitted. 5 of them motorised. Very professional service. Both from Paul and his team and Dan who fitted our blinds. One word of advice for buyers - many of the blinds are coming from the manufactures with faults and mistakes, which only become apparent at fitting. All replaced and refitted by LYBs without quibble, but it all takes time, so patience required. I believe this is an industry wide problem. I would certainly use this company again
