5 von 5 Sternen! Mehr geht nicht. Ich hatte nicht mal vor ein Trek - Bike zu erwerben, geschweige denn ein Endurance Rennrad. Dann einfach mal auf ein Domane SL6 raufgesetzt und Boom! Der Wahnsinn. Komfort, Performance, alles on Point. Die Beratung ein Traum! Toole Typen, mehr kann man dazu nicht sagen. Schnell, Kompetent, super freundlich - alles was man sich als Kunde wünscht. Wer mal ernsthaft Bock auf „Service trifft Leidenschaft“ hat, sollte dringend bei den Jungs vorbei schauen! Bester Radladen in dem ich bis jetzt war.

Die Beratung war sehr gut, der Mitarbeiter geduldig (die Auswahl der Helmfarbe fiel mir schwer ). Das erworbene Produkt scheint hochwertig und gut. Klare Empfehlung, mal im Shop vorbeizuschauen.
Edit: Ein Umtausch des erworbenen Helms war notwendig, was überhaupt kein Problem war - danke Mark! Alles total unkompliziert und überaus freundlich abgewickelt. Ihr seid einfach top und auf jeden Fall jetzt einer meiner Lieblingsläden. Ich sag mal: bis bald!

Jan nahm sich die Zeit und half mir geduldig bei der Auswahl meines Fahrrads. Nach fast 30 Jahren mit meinem Stadtrad traue ich mich nun, ein Rennrad zu fahren. Es ist möglich, das Fahrrad zu testen, und sie unterstützen dich bei der Auswahl. Der Laden ist nicht teurer als das Internet. Sehr zufrieden mit meinem Einkauf!

Upon reaching Berlin after our 10 day ride from Copenhagen I needed to find a bike box. I own 3 Treks and have always been very happy with their customer service in the Seattle area. I checked with the store in Berlin and Mark was extremely friendly and helpful. He told me to come back the next day for a box and packing materials. He went above and beyond to help me out....thanks so much! Happy to see the great Trek service across the globe

Ein großes Problem meines E-bikes war die Justierung meines Yamaha Intube Akkus. Der Mitarbeiter Mike hat dies aber manuell auf Werksteinstellung versetzt was zuvor in einer anderen Werkstatt gescheitert war.
