I was at the Trek bike Berlin-Mitte store and I was extremely well attended.
Was looking for an aerodrink for a speed concept and they didn't have the product in store.
The seller who served me extremely well, who is called Cris, asked me for the product code (SKU) entered their system and found a unit in another network store. He offered me the possibility of asking them to send the product to me in Berlin, but that would not be possible, because by the time it arrived I would have left Berlin.
I asked Cris if it would be possible for them to send the product to Munich, as I would be there next week. He was willing to send it and even gave me two options for a store in Munich, that I could choose the one closest to my hotel.
This whole procedure took more than an hour and a half between questions on my part and calls between stores and Cris answered me extremely well.
I am very happy with the service, the helpful and attentive way I was served by Cris and the store team during the almost two hours I was there.
Cris, once again thank you very much for your help, and if you ever go to Brazil, I'll make sure to invite you for a beer.
