Jan nahm sich die Zeit und half mir geduldig bei der Auswahl meines Fahrrads. Nach fast 30 Jahren mit meinem Stadtrad traue ich mich nun, ein Rennrad zu fahren. Es ist möglich, das Fahrrad zu testen, und sie unterstützen dich bei der Auswahl. Der Laden ist nicht teurer als das Internet. Sehr zufrieden mit meinem Einkauf!

Upon reaching Berlin after our 10 day ride from Copenhagen I needed to find a bike box. I own 3 Treks and have always been very happy with their customer service in the Seattle area. I checked with the store in Berlin and Mark was extremely friendly and helpful. He told me to come back the next day for a box and packing materials. He went above and beyond to help me out....thanks so much! Happy to see the great Trek service across the globe

Ein großes Problem meines E-bikes war die Justierung meines Yamaha Intube Akkus. Der Mitarbeiter Mike hat dies aber manuell auf Werksteinstellung versetzt was zuvor in einer anderen Werkstatt gescheitert war.

What fantastic and friendly service. I bought my bike in for a service as I am doing an around the world ride and Oli was exceptional. He was extremely thorough and made my bike run like a dream as there were quite a few large issues with it.The service was conducted within 24 hours and at a great price too! Oli also educated me on tips and tricks to continue to have my bike running tip top on my trip. I now feel so much more confident and happy with my bike. Thank you so much. I highly recommend using these guys for any issues.

I was at the Trek bike Berlin-Mitte store and I was extremely well attended.
Was looking for an aerodrink for a speed concept and they didn't have the product in store.
The seller who served me extremely well, who is called Cris, asked me for the product code (SKU) entered their system and found a unit in another network store. He offered me the possibility of asking them to send the product to me in Berlin, but that would not be possible, because by the time it arrived I would have left Berlin.
I asked Cris if it would be possible for them to send the product to Munich, as I would be there next week. He was willing to send it and even gave me two options for a store in Munich, that I could choose the one closest to my hotel.
This whole procedure took more than an hour and a half between questions on my part and calls between stores and Cris answered me extremely well.
I am very happy with the service, the helpful and attentive way I was served by Cris and the store team during the almost two hours I was there.
Cris, once again thank you very much for your help, and if you ever go to Brazil, I'll make sure to invite you for a beer.

Bin im Urlaub in Berlin, mein Rad hatte vorne einen Platten, bin dort hin, haben mein Rad innerhalb 20 min wieder heile gemacht und das für einen sehr humanen Preis, den ich aus meiner Heimatstadt überhaupt nicht kenne. Konnte in der Zwischenzeit mein Handy laden und die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Laden ist nur empfehlenswert.
