Die Beratung war sehr gut, der Mitarbeiter geduldig (die Auswahl der Helmfarbe fiel mir schwer ). Das erworbene Produkt scheint hochwertig und gut. Klare Empfehlung, mal im Shop vorbeizuschauen.
Edit: Ein Umtausch des erworbenen Helms war notwendig, was überhaupt kein Problem war - danke Mark! Alles total unkompliziert und überaus freundlich abgewickelt. Ihr seid einfach top und auf jeden Fall jetzt einer meiner Lieblingsläden. Ich sag mal: bis bald!

Jan nahm sich die Zeit und half mir geduldig bei der Auswahl meines Fahrrads. Nach fast 30 Jahren mit meinem Stadtrad traue ich mich nun, ein Rennrad zu fahren. Es ist möglich, das Fahrrad zu testen, und sie unterstützen dich bei der Auswahl. Der Laden ist nicht teurer als das Internet. Sehr zufrieden mit meinem Einkauf!

Upon reaching Berlin after our 10 day ride from Copenhagen I needed to find a bike box. I own 3 Treks and have always been very happy with their customer service in the Seattle area. I checked with the store in Berlin and Mark was extremely friendly and helpful. He told me to come back the next day for a box and packing materials. He went above and beyond to help me out....thanks so much! Happy to see the great Trek service across the globe

Ein großes Problem meines E-bikes war die Justierung meines Yamaha Intube Akkus. Der Mitarbeiter Mike hat dies aber manuell auf Werksteinstellung versetzt was zuvor in einer anderen Werkstatt gescheitert war.

What fantastic and friendly service. I bought my bike in for a service as I am doing an around the world ride and Oli was exceptional. He was extremely thorough and made my bike run like a dream as there were quite a few large issues with it.The service was conducted within 24 hours and at a great price too! Oli also educated me on tips and tricks to continue to have my bike running tip top on my trip. I now feel so much more confident and happy with my bike. Thank you so much.
