This is the second time we are buying a cycle for my kids from Trek Hoppers Crossing.
We went for a trial last weekend and the salesperson (King) assured a discount on the cycle we liked. Even though we came later next week and King wasnt there, the salesperson (unfortunately dint ask his name) who helped us purchase honoured the discount King promised us.
Felt a sense of great customer service and the salesperson gave us the detail around how to remove/fix the tyres and the other aspects around service options available too.
Awesome experience. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend the team at Trek Hoppers Crossing. They are super helpful and knowledgeable. Over the weekend even though they were busy they took time out jump onto a bit of an urgent situation with my bike as I had a race coming up. Without any push back or anything they genuinely wanted to help and provide advice. Same morning I had to go back to the store 3 times and every time they approached with the same urgency and professionalism as the situation required. I visted TrekHoppers Crossing yesterday in a extremely sad way. I am a 53 year old Australian Born Ex Australian Soldier who is destitute through no fault of myself. I was meet by a smiling, Calming angelic extremely knowledgeable Getleman fellow Mechanic named Tom. I was looking for a water bottle for my 14 year old Mountain Bike to carry H2o for my Puppy Tonka and Myself. We go on flat rides down at Werribee South to keep ourselves sane and get much needed exercise. I explained my situation to Tom. He looked after me above and beyond . To the owner- Sir Tom is an absolute credit to your Store. Please thank him in the best way possible. Tom deserves a gold medal. Love your ways Tom and Trek Hoppers. Pauly and Tonka Roffey.

Problem: unable to change down on cassette, stuck on smallest cog, due to LH shifter hitting the ground.
Tom Hine did a great job: listened to the short history of my (stupidly self-inflcited) problem, isolated root cause, then used the background and his skills to successfully diagnose and correct a technically intricate problem.
The bike was repaired at what I considered a trivial cost ($55), with no need for addtional parts, then I was notified of a FIX within under 2 hours of leaving the bike at the store. Bloodywell unheard of (for me anyway, until 23/12/25 obviously).
Tom even threw in a free chain lube.
I don't know of ANY other bike shop where I'd get this sort of response. An absolutely outstanding performance.
Strongly advise riders of any type of bike to visit Trek Hoppers Crossing if you've got a problem.Tom is a terrific problem solver, thankfully not one of those so called "mechanics" that jumps promptly to the high cost (maximum profit) replacement option!
I've also found the customer service focus and the sharing of experience across the entire staff at Hoppers Crossing (shoutout to the guys at Richmond too!) to be beyond exceptional.
It seems Trek Australia's service culture is very strong. Great organisation.
(The Domane is the also the most comfortable bike I've ridden, and that's doing 60km continuous rides near daily, and a great looking bike too, although mine's got a scratched brake lever now...)

Outstanding experience! The staff provided top-tier service and really knew their stuff. The build quality of the bikes is excellent—you truly can’t go wrong with a Trek for a reliable ride. The store is impressively spacious, which was a huge plus; my kid was able to test ride right inside the shop, making the whole purchase easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!
