My wife picked up the item on the following day and she told me afterwards "They are the nicest people in that store!". She said they told her it was a pleasure to serve her and were very helpful. Absolutely outstanding customer service by Alex. I called up regarding a bike (that was out of stock from a closer Trek shop). He was very friendly and explained all the features on the bike that I was confused with. He was very detailed and knowledgeable in all aspects of the bike and services. The phone sale and transaction was smooth and pick up was easy. The team followed up with a courtesy call yesterday too!

It is so refreshing to receive such amazing service from a store. I ordered my bike last week thanks to Tom’s expert knowledge, guidance and all round politeness, I would have tested anyone’s patience as I tried to find the right fit for my unconditioned body (which hasn’t been on a bike for 20 years). Throughout the week, Martin the store manager answered my late night email and followed up early the following morning when he was at the store…as promised. Amazing! My bike was ready in days and I won’t be shopping anywhere else when it’s time to upgrade, they also have a full service centre onsite.
I am 100% happy and grateful for a stress free and pleasant experience.

We bought two bikes for our kids …. at the start of this year and thy just love riding them all time . I personally love the trek brand for bikes .. they are really a good buy for that kind of a quality and design ( love their style and colours ) service at the store was wonderful and they do know and remember their customers well.
