The staff very knowledgeable and give the right advice with the products, they will explained what the best bike choice with my budget range & purpose. Will buy more for the future and everything I need from them. Please don't hesitated to go there for window shopping they have big range accessories and mouth watering bicycles.

I bought my son a new bicycle from Joss at Hoppers Crossing in September and the service I got was brilliant and even the after purchase care has been absolutely excellent. I couldn't recommend Joss & Trek Bicycles highly enough. My sons bike it brilliant and such great quality and I will be buying all our future bikes from Trek. Thank you so much to Joss & Trek for a great product & service.

The guys at Hoppers Trek went above and beyond helping me with my bike. It was almost impossible to get something in my size (XXL) especially with the shortage around Australia but they were able to track one down interstate for me and kept me up to date on the arrival. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks again

After search, I found Trek. First I can read detailed info about products on website which has handy to know before you buy. Second, I can ring store, talk to them about the stock availability and other things quicker than other competitors. 3rd, From Trek Hooper Crossing store, Nina was able to handle the question and process very well. Also, during my store visit, spoke to store manager and he was supporting few changes which I want. Great customer service, product option and clear communication. At end, I bought 2x Marlin 5.

I've liked everything about Trek Hoppers Crossing, the bike itself (marlin 5 2022) is great. Most importantly Adam from the stores was really helpful, very informative, polite and made my transaction a great experience.

Great service provided buy the store manager Martin. Had a problem with my Trek Roscoe 7 which was potentially my own fault due to lack of knowledge about bike maintenance, and needed it fixed asap as I use the bike to commute to and from work with. I had originally taken the bike to 99 Bikes in Hoppers Crossing and was quoted $200 to have the problem solved and was also told to that they would need to send parts away to be fixed. But Trek Hoppers Crossing saved my day by fixing the issue for free and within 15 minutes. They had no mechanic's at the store due to covid but went the extra mile to video call the mechanic that was working from home to walk them through of how to fix the problem. Extremely impressed with the service and extremely happy with how Martin communicated with my partner whilst I was at work and couldn't be there. Will definitely be a returning customer for all bike needs and want to thank the store for such a great experience. My partner and I were also having a pretty hard day with other things going on so to know my partner and my bike were looked after was just the best relief ever. Keep up the great work guys. See you again soon

During very difficult times, Scott at Trek in Hoppers Crossing was amazing to deal with. As a customer I was blown away to here that other customers have been rude, aggressive and not respecting those people just doing their job. Anyway a big thanks to Scott and staff and would highly recommend Trek products. By the way Scott I love the Roscoe 7 it’s a beast
