Went with my brother who bought a Trek Marlin 8 about a month ago. Very friendly and helpful service. Went back within 30 days after realising we wanted more bike and the same person served us. He organised our upgrade and we walked out happy with a replacement Roscoe 7. No complaints at all.

Bought Dual Sport 1 about a month ago, and when I came back to swap and upgrade to Dual Sport 2, there was a sale which started a week ago. Technically I was not supposed to get the sale price, but no questions asked - I got the sale. Super happy! And yea upgrade was very much worthwhile even if I had to pay 200 extra (originally I got 50 back because of sale)..
