Highly recommend this store for customer service and sharing my recent experience. Bought a mountain bike over the phone, never seen the bike before the purchase as there was none available in VIC to see or test ride.
Paid deposit in early Nov with expected ETA of mid-January. In fact, they arranged the bike to be ready for pickup in the last week of Dec - ahead of planned ETA during the pandemic..
I rode the bike for a week and was not happy due to my natural limitations, though bike is perfectly fine. Borough it back to the store and discussed the challenges with the sales person, Elliot. He gave the right advice and made adjustments (shortened handlebar width, raised the bar, re-adjusted position of shifters and levers etc) to suit my height. Also, he encouraged me to come back if I’m not satisfied with the adjustments, and said there are further options available to modify to meet my requirements.
Since then, I rode 10-12 trips of 1-1.5 hours each and very happy with the bike and the adjustments made. Thank you Hoppers crossing folks.
I live 65 km away from store and it is well worth the drive to your store!
