During very difficult times, Scott at Trek in Hoppers Crossing was amazing to deal with. As a customer I was blown away to here that other customers have been rude, aggressive and not respecting those people just doing their job. Had an 'urgent' need for a bike for my son and walked away super happy... One was on the floor 'luckily' that was perfect for him.
Had amazingly great service and they even helped me pop it on the bike rack!

Extremely helpful in regards to what I needed. Seat needed tightening but we were both surprised at how much torque was needed to get it right. I just wandered in thinking it was something more serious but after a chat and pulling things apart the problem was solved.

WOW !!! Had an issue with my son’s new trek marlin 5 bike, after notifying the store about it they advised to bring it in. Boy was I surprised !? THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING !!! From the moment we arrived Baden gave us such a great informative and attentive experience Ooo fixed the issue with the new bike as-well. Renewed my faith in customer service at its best I really feel 5 stars is not enough, and I personally give him 10 stars! Well done guys will share my experience with friends and family.
