Extremely helpful in regards to what I needed. Seat needed tightening but we were both surprised at how much torque was needed to get it right. I just wandered in thinking it was something more serious but after a chat and pulling things apart the problem was solved.

WOW !!! Had an issue with my son’s new trek marlin 5 bike, after notifying the store about it they advised to bring it in. Boy was I surprised !? THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING !!! From the moment we arrived Baden gave us such a great informative and attentive experience Ooo fixed the issue with the new bike as-well. Renewed my faith in customer service at its best I really feel 5 stars is not enough, and I personally give him 10 stars! Well done guys will share my experience with friends and family.

After having a bad experience elsewhere when bike shopping, coming to trek was 100 times better. I had called them earlier in the day and asked if they had the bike I was after, they were able to answer all of my questions so I ended up going into the store. All the members were friendly! When I purchased my bike they even helped me load it into my car and showed me how to put the wheel on and off. They went above and beyond for me and went home and told my whole family about the amazing experience I had

I ordered my Trek Dual Sport whilst covid was in it’s prime, was told it would arrive November/December.
No worry’s so had it on lay-by etc..
Staff are friendly and helpful. They even pumped up tyre’s and fitted all products I purchased for me...
Haven’t been on a bike for over 8 year’s so body is aching from a 15 minute 4km blast...
I even carry it into my bedroom...

Highly recommend this store for customer service and sharing my recent experience. Bought a mountain bike over the phone, never seen the bike before the purchase as there was none available in VIC to see or test ride.
Paid deposit in early Nov with expected ETA of mid-January. In fact, they arranged the bike to be ready for pickup in the last week of Dec - ahead of planned ETA during the pandemic..
I rode the bike for a week and was not happy due to my natural limitations, though bike is perfectly fine. Borough it back to the store and discussed the challenges with the sales person, Elliot. He gave the right advice and made adjustments (shortened handlebar width, raised the bar, re-adjusted position of shifters and levers etc) to suit my height. Also, he encouraged me to come back if I’m not satisfied with the adjustments, and said there are further options available to modify to meet my requirements.
Since then, I rode 10-12 trips of 1-1.5 hours each and very happy with the bike and the adjustments made. Thank you Hoppers crossing folks.
I live 65 km away from store and it is well worth the drive to your store!
