I went to Trek (at Hoppers Crossing) for upgrading my Wheel set. Met up with Joss Peake who was at the counter and he immediately helped me through the process. He gave me an accurate ETA of the Wheel set and i just got them fitted yesterday by James. They committed to a time to complete the fitting and stuck by it. All in all a wonderful experience interacting with Joss and James. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Trek Bicycles Hoppers Crossing to everyone.
