Very happy with my experience at Trek Hoppers Crossing, Joss & James and the rest of the team were very helpful and knowledgeable. They let me demo 2 bikes for the whole day at You Yangs MTB Park to help me make the correct choice before I made my purchase. I went with the Fuel EX 8 29 (2019) it is an awesome bike and would highly recommend Trek Hoppers to anyone, they have a massive range of bikes to suit any style or skill level.

Great service, great product. Cant fault it based on my recent experience with the guys at trek hoppers for the purchase for my marlin 5 MTB. They were good to make recommendations without being pushy and made me comfortable with the choice I made. On a day to day basis we see a lot of pushy salesmen around so it was a good to experience some great customer service at the store. My bike had to be ordered and built and the communication from the guys at store was good at all times.

These guys are the best bike shop I ever dealt with in Melbourne. Had my RockShox Pikes serviced here recently and after 4 years of DH/Enduro riding, my shox never felt better. I previously had my shox serviced by other big bike shops in Hoppers - and even had them sent to Sram who stuffed things up once. These guys are friendly, and always give free advise and help. Absolute champs.

Had a couple of wheels fixed and when I tried to put my tyres on a few days later I realised they forgot to put the quick release bolt and nut on one of them.
Took it back and they found the missing part out the back. Mistakes happen and they dealt with it professionally and were apologetic even if I was a tiny bit grumpy, so good customer service in the end!
