I ended up purchasing a dual suspension bike from here. James and Leon had me completed sorted and took time to fit me to the bike and went through explaining any potential trouble areas and how to fix these myself. Would recommend this bike shop highly.

Just dropped into Trek to check out the kids bikes for our grandson. We were greeted by James and his colleague who were both flat out serving at least 4 other customers between them. As soon as they were free they showed our 6 yo grandson suitable bikes for his height etc. He was wrapped. So a nice new boys bike in red. They go faster. We were impressed with the service and also ended up buying a decent mountain bike for our son. Also in red. Thanks James and the Trek Hoppers Crossing Team.

The man that served us was named James he was an excellent salesman and the deal he gave us was outstanding we got a brand new bike with a pump, kickstand, helmet, lock, water bottle holder and a water bottle for an amazing deal. The staff were extremely friendly and the man was really enthusiastic about bikes he also put the parts on the bike for free with a lifetime warranty. I look forward to shopping with trek bicycles again
