Had a couple of wheels fixed and when I tried to put my tyres on a few days later I realised they forgot to put the quick release bolt and nut on one of them. Took it back and they found the missing part out the back. Mistakes happen and they dealt with it professionally and were apologetic even if I was a tiny bit grumpy, so good customer service in the end!

Awesome customer service, ordered a bike for xmas present, unfortunately the bike ended up on back order and would not be delivered intime for xmas, found the same bike elsewhere and trek hoppers crossing were happy to issue a full refund and appology that this did not arrive as intended with out any arguments or silly questions asked.

This is a Trek shop for sure. The guy that helped us was nice, but would not exchange my product without a receipt on current products. One which did not work. He confirmed that there was something wrong with it and still did not offer any sort of exchange. I tried to exchange a couple of products and spend more money. I agreed that I did not have the receipt, but they were not willing to entertain any exchange even if I paid for the more expensive product. I work in retail and I would always be willing to exchange product if I a) sold that product, and b) was going to make more money. This is a city of bicycle shops. These guys got my money for the first items, but they will not get another cent of mine. I have also let the ACCC know about what happened today.

⭐ 1 Star Review – Very Disappointing Experience We purchased our kids’ Trek bikes on 14th November 2024 from Trek Cannington, WA. When buying the bikes, the team there knew we were travelling full-time and assured us we’d receive a complimentary Level 1 service, valid at any Trek store Australia-wide within the first year. As we were travelling through Victoria before heading to Tasmania, I called Trek Hoppers Crossing on 19th October to book the bikes in for their service on 5th November. This location was an hour out of our way, and we even booked accommodation nearby to make it work, we thought it would be worthwhile to have the bikes properly serviced. When I made the booking, I was told to drop the bikes off the day before. Closer to the date, I realised the 4th was Melbourne Cup Day, so I called on 3rd November to check if they were open. The man on the phone said they wouldn’t be, and to just drop the bikes off in the morning of the 5th instead. On the morning of the 5th, my husband took the bikes in, only to be told they had no record of our booking and that they were backed up from the Melbourne Cup public holiday, so they didn’t have time to fit us in. My husband explained that we had booked weeks in advance, confirmed the drop-off on the Monday, and that we were leaving for Tasmania the next day. Thankfully, after some discussion, they agreed to take the bikes in and complete the service that day. The bikes were serviced by Thomas H and ready for pickup about an hour and a half later. We were told they had been washed as part of the service, but when we collected them, they were still dirty, and it appeared that very little had been done beyond possibly pumping up the tyres. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience. We travelled out of our way, booked accommodation, and expected the high standard of service that Trek is known for but were left feeling let down. The store seemed disorganised, communication was poor, and the quality of the service didn’t match what was promised. We’ll be contacting Trek head office regarding this experience. We chose Trek for reliability and professionalism, but unfortunately, that wasn’t what we received at the Hoppers Crossing store.

Third rate bicycle shop. If you want spend more money for a simple chain replacement this is the place to visit. The owner’s arrogance is astounding. May common sense prevail one day. The way you treated me is what I have remembered.

I’m guessing they only know how to talk! I got 2 bikes and both of them were faulty as whoever built the bike made few mistakes. Resulting in bike crash, breakdown and damage. Will recommend anyone to get their new bike checked from another trek if you do end up buying from them.

Have the worst experience at Trek bicycles. Nobody really cares about the customer everyone is busy with their business. Have waited for literally half an hour to get just a puncture repair.

5 star for the Product. Dual Sport 2 is my first bike and is undoubtedly best in class. However the communication from the store is poor and the attitude of store manage is pathetic. I recommend this store for the Products it sells but definitely not for a good buying experience. I have communicated my experience in detail in the post purchase survey sent by the store in case they wish to address it. Invoice copy is attached to this review.

Just walked out of the store. Bad customer service. Walked in and waited for 5 minutes and looked around for help but didn't even get acknowledged. Looked at prices on a few items and they all looked expensive. Knowing that there are a couple more shops just down the road they guys need to be more customer focused.
