My in store visit was fantastic. The guys went out of their way to help me find the right size clothing and sharing their knowledge of cycling.
On this particular day I went to 2 other bike stores close by and not once got spoken to by staff.
The next day I rang the store as I was kicking myself for not getting a pair of shoes. Tom kindly arranged postage where I receive them the next day.

Kings (Hoppers crossing ) customer service was exceptional and his main concern was that we would be back on our bikes asap. Our previous new bikes were stolen and so he made sure we were back riding with a smile.
