Notwithstanding that we bought our bikes at another Trek store, we took our bikes to Trek in Hoppers Crossing for the first free service. Tom and staff were extremely friendly and easy to deal with and assisted with loading bikes back onto the car.

Trek was the second bike shop that we visited this morning to replace break pads on my nephew's bike. From the moment we walked in, Tom's service was first class.
I had an idea that Trek was only in the market for advanced bike users but I was totally wrong.
Tom first tried to see if the issue could be fixed without break replacement but then found that it may be better with new breaks.
He fixed the issue and cleaned up the bike and talked us through the issue and answered our other questions in relation to the next stage of advancement in kids bike riding.
We could tell that Tom got fulfillment from seeing a new bike user cycle out into the world.
Unfortunately, we are only visiting Melbourne but we would highly recommend Trek, Hopper's Crossing to anybody looking for a bike shop in the area.
