Had an absolutely amazing experience at the store. Walked in knowing nothing about mountain bikes, and Jason took the time to walk me through everything, answer all my questions, and help me find the perfect bike. Ended up ordering a Roscoe 7 on the spot, and even though they said it would take 1-2 business days to build, I got a call less than two hours later saying it was ready! When I picked it up, Jason even took me outside for a quick ride to make sure everything felt right. He made a few adjustments to suit my riding style better, and explained everything along the way.
