We got my daughter's bike and a trailer to pull her in when we go on longer rides (as she can't bike herself far) . Staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed. I was in awe and very ecstatic that they took the trailer out of the box and not only put it together, but made sure I knew how to use it properly. We love the quality of Trek and the people who are there to assist. And, as a person who just moved back to Dallas after 15 years in Colorado....I was very happy about the bike trails they have posted on the map on the way in the door. This saved me time. I dreaded having to Google until I found something. Thank you Trek Bicycle Dallas.

First of all, if you are thinking about getting an e-bike, I strongly recommend that you physically test and ride any bike you are considering. That is probably common sense to everyone but ME who ordered a piece of shit Chinese E-bike on Amazon with a wonky and cheap cadence sensor. Luckily the headache of getting “the piece of shit” boxed up and returned didn’t break my E-bike spirit, Having learned a hard lesson, I made a pass by the Dallas TREK store and met Jason. Unfortunately there are not as many “Jasons” in the world as there should be. This guy doubles down on his knowledge, and A service to translate the best riding experience for each person. After I had already purchased my Allant 8s, I casually noticed Jason with another customer…& unsurprisingly with same level of undivided attention .::. Trek/Dallas has an eclectic inventory with a feller by the name of Jason who will get you square in the saddle. Or… just buy a Chinese Ebike from amazon!

My husband and I were recently looking into purchasing e-bikes and had the best experience here. We mostly worked with Stephen but when we came in a second time to try and figure out which bike to purchase a woman (so sorry can’t remember your name) was super helpful and also kept an eye on our kids while we took the bikes on a spin! We’ve been very happy with our purchase and anytime we’ve called or brought the bikes in we’ve gotten great service.
