It had been 3 1/2 years since my last teeth cleaning, due to enormous physical and personal trauma, which left me deeply, primally, averse to pain. I reached out to a few dentists to see if they even mildly understood, and Dr. Seda absolutely did. He and his staff welcomed me warmly and reassured me and today I had my first teeth cleaning in 3 1/2 years, a deep cleaning because it had been so long. Fear or PTSD should not be a reason to stay away, particularly if you find a wonderful team like Dr. Seda and his staff. You are safe here.

Dr. Seda and his team did an amazing job with my gum recission surgery. The process was quick and painless! 3 days on ibuprofen and acetaminophen kept all discomfort at bay, and then I needed nothing after that. Healing and recovery went just as they promised, and the results were awesome. Really great staff and friendly atmosphere. I would totally recommend Dr. Seda for any periodontic work you might need. They even submitted all my claims to the insurance company for me!

Dr. Seda's practice is professional, friendly, and compassionate! I was nervous before a procedure, and he and his staff welcomed my questions and concerns ahead of time, reassured me the day of the procedure, and followed-up the day after my procedure to check-in. I feel like I received top notch dental care coupled with a wonderful bedside manner.

Dr. Seda and his team are absolutely fantastic - professional, friendly, and amazing at what they do. After a friend recommended me to this office after her own gum surgery (which can be complicated and pricy), I had my consult appt. I was not inundated with information (which happened with the first periodontist I'd seen); Dr. Seda and his staff clearly and concisely explained what was going on with my gums, and how they felt they could repair my recession. I booked my surgery appointment for 2 months later, and felt well prepared for it with all the material they'd sent. Surgery day - total breeze. Dr. Seda and his assistant were warm, encouraging, and relaxed as they took great care of me - an ideal surgical environment, especially for people who might be squeamish about the procedure. (I wasn't.) I felt completely fine when I left his office that day! Post-surgery, I was prepared with the prescribed pain meds and given explicit instructions on how to manage my recovery...which was also a total breeze. I had ZERO pain, swelling, or bruising (all potentially normal side effects), and felt totally normal. I was very careful to follow eating/brushing/flossing instructions, which Dr. Seda felt definitely was a factor in how my gums looked today at the 3 month post-op checkup; I believe his words were "You have the gums of an 18 year-old." Dr. Seda and his team have been nothing short of impressive - they're all total pros, and I am extremely pleased with his surgery, their care, and the results.

When you need an implant, you want to go to the best, and Michael Seda is the BEST! He is not only extremely competent, but also gentle and kind. He explained everything throughout the procedure, reducing my anxiety substantially. The procedure sounded much worse than it actually was--I was surprised how relatively easy it was. And the staff are a reflection of Dr. Seda--professional, efficient but also kind and supportive.

I live in Cloverdale CA. My dentist of 25 years recommended Dr Seda when I had periodontal issues - no one in Santa Rosa, but Dr Seda in San Rafael because he could trust his abilities. My dentist, I came to learn after a few years, recommended treatments for the sole purpose of saving my teeth and dental health. He does not recommend anything not needed. I found Sr Seda and his team to be exactly the same kind of professional, which is why my dentist told me to travel further. Besides installing a dental implant efficiently and without pain during the procedure, my dentist reviewed the work after and said that Dr Seda really had done a great job. When my spouse ended up at a periodontist in Santa Rosa, before I knew it, through a local dentist in Cloverdale (who indicated there was just a small periodontal issue), he came out of that Santa Rosa office after a 3 minute examination, no bone scan, being told he needed a full treatment for all of the gums in the mouth for $6600 and he was going to lose teeth. I took him right over to Dr Seda for a second opinion and we found out the issue was just confined to 2 quadrants, was not in imminent danger of losing teeth and cost us about 1/3 of what the other one quoted. My spouse had the exact same feeling of Dr Seda and his staff that I have. Great Periodontists, like Dr Seda, will always ask for you to have a full bone scan of your mouth - even thought not covered by insurance, it’s invaluable. It gives the Dr the full 3D scope of your entire dental health - gums, teeth and their roots and the bone the roots are in. Get one! You want your periodontal issues to be accurately diagnosed. You wouldn’t have a heart valve replaced by a cardiac surgeon that just thinks you might need it replaced, would you?

Dr. Seda is a very skilled and knowledgeable surgeon and dentist. He is truly attentive, compassionate and a true professional. you can tell that Seda and staff all really love what they do and care about their patients. he has treated my husband, my mom and my 92yr old mother in law and the treatment has been impeccable. Dr. Seda maintains the highest standard of care with meticulous attention to detail and the patient's needs. we simply adore him and would not go anywhere else.

So glad I did tissue grafting with Dr. Seda and his team. I was reluctant to have the procedure but my dentist urged me to if I wanted to keep my lower teeth. Dr. Seda and his excellent office staff and hygienists made the process so easy and painless. If you are unsure of tissue grafting, make an appointment with Dr. Seda. You and your teeth will happy you did!

Dr. Seda and his team are the consummate professionals. The were clear and concise with all communications, their phenomenal bed-side manner relieved the tension/anxiety from my periodontal surgery, their attention to detail, pre and post surgery, ensured there were no surprises, the warmth and care were exemplary, and they were extremely efficient with my time. I'd HIGHLY recommend them.

The best periodontist in the game! Dr Seda and his team are simply the best! They helped me tremendously the whole way through. Michelle was awesome and a pleasure to work with. I could never have done it without her! Highly recommended!
