This shop isn’t just a bike store, it’s a true pillar of the Maple Ridge riding community. If you ride MTB and don’t have Trek Maple Ridge in your corner, you’re missing out. I have bought bikes on 3 occasions from Dave de Jong at Trek, twice when he was the manager at the Poco location, and another now that he is the manager at the Maple Ridge store. He is friendly, knowledgeable and wants to get you on the right bike.
The Maple Ridge store has a great layout, good selection of bikes and accessories, and great parking in an easily accessible location. I have not had any issues with the Trek bikes, they are good quality items, and the mechanics in store do a professional job of assembly. One of my bikes (a very expensive one) i wasnt sure of the sizing after buying and taking it home, and while i ended up keeping it Dave (and Trek) was open to me swapping it for a different size.
I find their pricing to be very competitive, and the customer service is great. The store is dog friendly too, which is a plus!

I would like to compliment GeonJin Seo from Trek Bicycle Seocho outlet for his commendable service, attentiveness, helpfullness & providing the best customer service when we visited the outlet on Sunday, 14 Dec. We wanted to purchase 2 pairs of shoes but they didn't have the sizes in Trek Seocho outlet so GeonJin went out of his way to contact other outlets to check on availability. As we were only visiting Seoul from Singapore, we don't have much time there & instead of having to wait for a few days, GeoJin managed to secure the 2 pairs from 2 different outlets. He arranged for them to be sent to the Trek Gangnam outlet as we wanted to explore that area. He personally checked the shoes first when it arrived in Trek Seocho before sending them over to Trek Gangnam. Thank you GeonJin for the exceptional & warmth service.
