West Michigan bikes is what I look for in a bicycle store. Friendly, helpful, professional staff, providing excellent, convenient service at a fair price. I brought my bicycles into them for service and/or modification a number of times, and each time I've been pleased with the experience and the results.

We were in town for Spring Break and saw they cleaned bikes while you wait. We rode from Confluence State Park to Trek and dropped our bikes for them to clean while we had lunch before heading back out on the trail. They were sparkling clean and lubed when we got back. They also re-bedded in the brakes on my wife's bike as they had gotten a little glazed from all the easy riding we've been doing lately, and when I brought my drop seat back up it shot up like new. We really appreciated them going the extra mile and taking care of a few little things for us at no extra charge!

Just bought a bike from Trek Wenatchee! Stellar service! Amazing showroom! Eros, Curtis, and Patrick all made my purchase seamless and painless. I'm a newbie to mountain biking and they each were so kind and generous with their assistance each step of the way from finding the proper size frame, foam tire inserts, bike lock, to matching helmet, and water bottle. The staff at Trek Wenatchee were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. I had ordered my bike online and he found it right away and took a few minutes to make sure everything worked like it was suppose. Then he showed me other things that I might need or want to help me be safer while I ride and to keep my bike secure as well. What I appreciated the most about this part of my experience is that I didn't feel like I was dealing with a pushy salesman. I was given the information and left to decide. I will definitely be back to Trek Wenatchee and will be getting all my bike services done there as well. Highly recommend!
