Ook voor de fiets van mijn zoon zijn we weer bij de Trekwinkel terechtgekomen en opnieuw ontzettend goed geholpen!
Wat deze winkel echt onderscheidt, is de persoonlijke aandacht en de tijd die ze voor je nemen. Er wordt goed geluisterd naar je wensen en echt meegedacht. Ze fietsten zelfs met mijn zoon mee om te beoordelen of de fiets goed bij hem paste. Daarbij werd niet alleen gekeken naar zijn lengte, maar ook naar zijn houding en hoe hij op de fiets zat.
Tijdens ons bezoek werden zelfs een andere zadelpen en stuurpen gemonteerd om verschillende mogelijkheden uit te proberen. Alles om ervoor te zorgen dat hij met een goed passende fiets naar huis zou gaan. En dat is gelukt!
Ontzettend vriendelijk, deskundig en servicegericht. Hier staat de klant echt centraal. Wij zijn wederom zeer tevreden en kunnen de Trekwinkel van harte aanbevelen

I had such a great experience buying my first “grown up” bike here. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s a spacious shop with very attentive staff that are well-informed, personable, and professional. Aunna was my sales associate and she was lovely. She took the time and effort to find what was right for me. I never felt like I was being upsold on anything. Dana, the service manager, went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for me before I went out the door. I’ll be coming back to Trek in Maple Ridge whenever I need a tune-up or touch-up.

Trek in general has always set the bar higher on customer experience in my experience and is why I have been brand loyal for so long they keep getting sick bikes and then the support for years after is always above expectations.

Great service from the team at Trek Maple Ridge! Dana and the team were awesome. They provided helpful, friendly and timely service when I was in a crunch to get my brakes and gears sorted out before an Adventure Race. Heel netjes geholpen met een reparatie aan mijn fiets. Door een andere winkel het verkeerde lager in mijn fiets gezet en een onderdeel wat er niet op zat.
Mijn fiets hier gebracht en ze kwamen er snel achter dat het niet goed zat. Nieuwe onderdelen erop en fietst weer zoals het hoort.
Kom zeker terug voor verder onderhoud.
