I had a wonderful experience with Dana Williams. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough.
He was understanding of the fact that I was new to e-bikes and on a budget. He didn't judge me for buying a cheap brand from a liquidation store which I know isn't optimal. I just needed something cheap for my first bike to get active again after my stroke.
Dana explained all the basics I needed to know. He gave me some tips and performed a safety check on my bike. He suggested a few small things that could be improved on my bike and worked within my budget.
Overall I'm very impressed with the service. I got my e-bike tuned up and a new helmet. My cat is obsessed with the box so that's a bonus.

Cody at Trek was awesome. I walked in as a total newbie and he took his time answered all my questions, and clearly knows his stuff. He was super helpful and professional knowing that I’m looking at different brands and not buying today. No pressure, just genuine and answered all my many many questions, this is an intimidating sport he made it more approachable, if you decide to go with Trek (great reputation to begin with) no doubt would go out of my way to go this location because of Cody, great rep for the company

I purchased a new Trek FX6 at WMB this year. The bike is the nicest I've ever owned and is a dream to ride. After the sale I had questions and needed a few accessories, visited the store and talked with Aaron, who was eager to help and knowledgeable. All my concerns were addressed and I left with a couple great products and a better understanding of the mechanics of my particular bike and how to get the most enjoyment from it. The WMB store is attractive and well staffed, with some really great product, I highly recommend.
