I went to Trek for the first time yesterday to purchase a new helmet and received wonderful customer service from Dana and the rest of the team! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very personable.
I purchased a new helmet as well as a new bike seat. Both are fantastic! They also graciously swapped my seat on my bike after I purchased it!
I will definitely be returning here regarding any further bike matters I may have!
