Vandaag zeer netjes en vlot geholpen door Trek bicycles Heerlen! Tijdens 3-daagse Noord naar Zuid MTB trip bleek m’n axs accu toch niet voldoende bereik te hebben. Gelukkig kon ik deze even laten opladen in de winkel, werden tijdens het wachten m’n remblokjes voor vervangen vanwege 2dgn fietsen in code geel ️ én kreeg ik een leenfiets mee om de combi fm bezoek & lunch te maken! Wat een nette service; DANK DAARVOOR!

Yesterday at Tour de Bloom, I broke two spokes and my chair came off and got tied into my pedal which twisted my chain 90 degrees. I brought my bike in at 430’and they closed at 6.
Caleb dropped everything to ensure that I was ready for today. He stayed the course, replaced the chain, trued my spare tire, tested the bike and the cassette was badly threaded. Put in aluminum brake pads.
I can’t tell you how much I am impressed with Caleb’s above and beyond service and accurate diagnosis and the special care that Caleb showed. Very well done! Caleb, if you read this, I was the third fastest in the TT race today. That would not have happened if it wasn’t for you!!!
