She asked the right questions to get a sense of which bike would suit my needs and lifestyle best. I'm a Newby in the world of road cycling, but I learned a lot about the clothing, tires, bikes, etc during my visit. I definitely recommend this store if you're looking for amazing customer service, whether you're a pro or new to it all!
