Dana is excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He's helped my friends and today he helped me. I'm a fan of the service department at Trek. Solid people and the courtesy of having an convenient air pump to use en-route is great. Just a thought. You guys should consider a partnership with BCAA. They support bikes and ebikes. Would make sense.
2022 Didn't need help myself but my buddy, who had a spontaneous flat as we drove by we lucked out! They were able to do a quick tube swap at a very fair price. Old tube had shredded, beyond repair. We were on the road in about 20 minutes. Thanks peeps!

Recently I bought Trek Emonda expensive bike from Trek Port Coquitlam. I called the store for information on the tread pitch for the rear thru-axle, and they told me to call tomorrow as they are busy. I didn't mind waiting as this information was very important for me.
I called the Trek Maple Ridge store and they told me to call the store from where I bought the bike as that store know more about my bike. Are you a Trek store selling the same bikes?!
Then I called the Trek Burnaby store, I really needed that information. They helped me by telling me the tread pitch is 1.75 and also told me where to look for it on my bike.

During my latest visit, I had the opportunity to participate in the 1:1 session training offered by your team. In future, I am particularly interested in receiving riding training, with a special focus on the Jeosuryeong Granfondo. I have heard about Mr. WS Jung's expertise in this area and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to undergo training sessions with him.
I believe that receiving personalized riding training from Mr. WS Jung would greatly enhance my cycling skills, especially in preparation for the Jeosuryeong Granfondo. Please let me know about the feasibility and availability of arranging such specialized training sessions?
