Wonderful shop! Have brought my road bike to them a couple times, always super helpful! They were able to immediately fix the shifting issue that had stumped me and my racing friends that morning, and was able to borrow some of their tools to do my own maintenance! Top notch guys

Mijn fiets langsgebracht omdat ik gevallen was met mijn fiets trappers en alles krom en paar dagen later belletje gekregen dat die klaar was opgehaald en hij fietst nu beter dan die ooit gefietst heeft Chapeau Roger !heel erg bedankt hier gaat mijn fietsje vanaf nu altijd naartoe

We just took our bikes to get serviced at the Trek store in Maple Ridge. Everyone was so very nice and kind! We had two kids bikes that needed upgrades and my bike needed new tires. The men in the store we not only efficient, but kind to my kids, one of whom was not excited about sitting at the bike shop. I was very impressed with the customer service and service for the bikes!
