I would like to compliment GeonJin Seo from Trek Bicycle Seocho outlet for his commendable service, attentiveness, helpfullness & providing the best customer service when we visited the outlet on Sunday, 14 Dec. We wanted to purchase 2 pairs of shoes but they didn't have the sizes in Trek Seocho outlet so GeonJin went out of his way to contact other outlets to check on availability. As we were only visiting Seoul from Singapore, we don't have much time there & instead of having to wait for a few days, GeoJin managed to secure the 2 pairs from 2 different outlets. He arranged for them to be sent to the Trek Gangnam outlet as we wanted to explore that area. He personally checked the shoes first when it arrived in Trek Seocho before sending them over to Trek Gangnam. Thank you GeonJin for the exceptional & warmth service.

Mijn E-MTB aangeboden met een flinke storing in de motor met pas 1900 km op de klok en dat 2 jaar buiten de garantie. Aantal opties besproken waarna men zich echt de moeite heeft gedaan om een motor te krijgen vanuit Bosch met een coulance regeling zodat ik niet de hoofdprijs hoefde te betalen. Geen extra kosten in rekening gebracht. Ook niet voor de leen fiets die ik enkele weken ter beschikking kreeg.
Tot service en ik een zeer tevreden klant.
