The staff is very friendly, their bikes are outstanding quality, and best of all, their service department is very friendly and very efficient. There is no problem that stumps them. They figure it out and improvise if they have to. Their attention to quality and detail is amazing. They service all of our bikes and I wouldn't have it any other way.

The service provided by Nick at your Maple Ridge BC location was phenomenal. I have never been treated this well by anyone when shopping for anything. I really mean it. I returned several times, and each time I was surprised by the service. The package price deal on my family's 3 bikes and accessories was also great. I am also pleased with the quality of our bikes. We had a great experience! We felt comfortable asking questions (we are not cycling experts), but also understood that we were given expert guidance on our purchases. We were able to ride the bikes freely to get a sense of the fit and comfort. Geoff was very knowledgeable and the process was very easy. Ayden was incredible. He was thorough and patient. We walked in, excited to look at bikes, but not currently bike owners we were overwhelmed and stressed. We tried nearly every in stock bike. We'd also been to 7 different stores before this one and no one made us feel as comfortable as he did. We are super excited to get our 2 new Dual Sport 3 Gen 5's - we are confident that the bikes are perfect for us, and that we will be completely set up and ready to ride with all of the accessories Ayden helped us with. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for a bike or any accessories. Their knowledge and service is unmatched.

Bought twooedal assist e bikes last September at west Michigan bike. They were for my two sons. They love them. These bikes are great quality and very sturdy. My one son had a small issue with his and these guys took care of it at no charge . Not many places do this. If you want a great bike, great service and great accessories for your biking needs go to west Michigan bike and fitness in Holland. You'll leave happy and satisfied.
