Outstanding Customer Service and Mechanics
My wife and I brought in our 90’s era hardtails in for refurbishment and refitting, which required many consults. Mostly dealt with service manager Mike and salespersons Caleb and Sam, but also Anne and mechanics Phil and Matt. Everyone went ‘above and beyond’ to meet our needs and answer questions. All highly qualified, attentive and friendly professionals.

I was welcomed upon entering and the salesperson was very helpful and knew all about my bike. I was given an estimate and received a notice that my bike was ready within two days.The estimate was spot on. These people know what they are talking about and my experience was wonderful. You can often judge a vendor or service provider on how they treat customers with the smaller things.
Today my Bosch equipped Cube eBike needed fairly urgent attention in the way of a software update. Transpires it wasn't done since the bike was new in 2019.
My early morning email was replied to quickly and informatively by Peter. Within an hour I visited the shop, the bike was fixed and I rode away happy and impressed.

Awesome customer service. My bike had a few issues upon purchase, but Trek Maple Ridge did everything they could to make it right.
Trek Maple Ridge gave me a complimentary tune-up for gear shifting and braking issues. Later on, the bike’s front tube blew up during the first officially ride. Trek Maple Ridge arranged another complimentary tube replacement for me at Trek Burnaby as it’s closer for me.
We live in an imperfect world, but Trek Maple Ridge absolutely did everything they could to make it right. I highly recommend that you get your bike from this store.
