Today my Bosch equipped Cube eBike needed fairly urgent attention in the way of a software update. Transpires it wasn't done since the bike was new in 2019.
My early morning email was replied to quickly and informatively by Peter. Within an hour I visited the shop, the bike was fixed and I rode away happy and impressed.

Awesome customer service. My bike had a few issues upon purchase, but Trek Maple Ridge did everything they could to make it right.
Trek Maple Ridge gave me a complimentary tune-up for gear shifting and braking issues. Later on, the bike’s front tube blew up during the first officially ride. Trek Maple Ridge arranged another complimentary tube replacement for me at Trek Burnaby as it’s closer for me.
We live in an imperfect world, but Trek Maple Ridge absolutely did everything they could to make it right. I highly recommend that you get your bike from this store.

Great customer service! We are part of the kids trade up program starting with the precalibur 16". Caleb was very helpful and although they had just received the new bike(precalibur 20" 7 speed), he made sure it was assembled and ready to go before we headed back home. We have since become a Trek family and will continue to make the Trek from west of the mountains to Trek Bicycle Wenatchee.

Two years ago I purchased an Electra Townie and love it, I use the assist going up hills. I finally talked my husband into an electric assist bike, got him a Denago and he loves it too. West MI bike did a great job, answered all of our questions, no pressure to buy. They made sure both times we had the bike we were comfortable with and made sure we knew how to take care of it.

I am new to mt biking and learning everything about my new to me bike. I had a dropper post issue. Mike explained that the tension on the cable was too tight. He quickly showed me how to adjust and tighten the limit screws. He also checked out my big fat tires which I knew was maybe rubbing the chain. He assured me that it was ok. And told me that I can swap out the chainring. He would’ve done it the same day but they didn’t have the part. He didn’t charge me a dime. He said it was an educational moment.
They had previously worked on my road bike w a broken derailleur.
My go to bike shop when I am in Wenatchee.
