Great store. Have had only okay experiences normally in bike stores. Here the staff are amazing, and you can tell they like their job & talking to people. Bought a tire here & had the tube installed with tire. Had some installation issues but they reached out to me & went above and beyond to take it back in for free and put a new tube in with some better wheel tape. Very positive experience, will be back.

The shop found out they didn't carry what I needed but he went on MEC and found the part. He even walked me through the website to help me find it.
That is outstanding serve. 5 stars. If I lived in the area I would go here and not think twice.
