Friendly and helpful staff! I dropped in to have the inner tube on my stroller tire replaced. Very efficient service, even offered to top off the other tires on my stroller on the way out. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Very knowledgeable and attentive sales staff. One salesman spoke enough English to answer my questions. The model I chose was not in the store at the time, so they ordered it from the main hub and it was delivered within a week! They assembled it for me, went over the basics of maintenance and safety and threw in some coupons for discounts on apparrel and equipment. If you are in the market for a bicycle, I highly recommend visiting the TREK store in Shin-buldang!

Broken chain on my Trex mountain bike.
I called to see if I could get it in and fixed asap.
They told me they will do what they can and just need to take a look. Maybe fixed within 48 hours.
Ok. I get it.
Took it in and I was walking out the door 15 minutes later with a new chain installed!
