I bought a new bike and trainer. Unfortunately I broke my arm the day before which is why I bought a trainer. My husband helped move everything for me because I can’t use my arm. The bike wasn’t shifting properly so I was going to call and ask for help but before I could call them they called me to check in. They are going to send help since I cannot transport things easily with only my left arm. The customer service has been solid. Very friendly staff and clearly going out of their way to make sure I have a good experience. Thank you!

Our stroller had, I thought a broken valve, came into the shop and Ricky checked it out and saw it was just pushed into the frame. He pulled it out with some pliers, replaced the valve cap and filled both tires to their correct psi. Less than 5 minutes work and didn't even charge me. Amazing service, would absolutely recommend them and would return for any bike needs I have.

I drove out to Maple ridge from Vancouver looking forward to a nice leisurely bike ride on my road bike. It's a Trek pilot 5.2 which I love but I forgot to bring my tire pump so I knew of the Trek store in Maple ridge I went in and was greeted by a friendly staff and they were happy to pump up my tires no charge. I am also in the market for a mountain bike so I was shown a few and think I will be purchasing a Trek Excalibur in a month or so knowing it will be an enjoyable experience at the Maple ridge location thanks Chad
