I bought a new bike and trainer. Unfortunately I broke my arm the day before which is why I bought a trainer. My husband helped move everything for me because I can’t use my arm. The bike wasn’t shifting properly so I was going to call and ask for help but before I could call them they called me to check in. They are going to send help since I cannot transport things easily with only my left arm. The customer service has been solid. Very friendly staff and clearly going out of their way to make sure I have a good experience. Thank you!
