박성훈 점장님의 연락을 받고 설레는 마음으로 자전거 언박싱을 하러 갔엇습니다. 일반적으로는 그냥 완차 조립 된 상태에서 자전거 맘에 드시냐 괜찮으시냐 라고 묻고 구매하거나 하는데 여기 트렉 바이시클 울산점의 박성훈 점장님은 혹시 언제 시간이 되시냐 오시면 같이 언박싱을 하고 물건 상태를 보고 조립을 할수있도록 진행을 도와주셧음. 아마 자전거를 타는 라이더 중에 이런 경험을 한 사람은 극히 드물거라는 생각이 듦.
매우 매우 만족스러운 서비스에 감사 인사를 전함. 일반적인 정비를 맡겨도 알아서 생각지 않은 부분까지 챙겨서 확인하고 체크하고 얘기를 해줌. 고객의 입장에서 생각하고 응대를 하는 점에서 친절이 새겨져있는 듯함.

The store is clean, and the manager and crews are kind and friendly. It is available for parking, and the elevator in the building is wide, so there is no inconvenience in moving around with bicycles. I bought my father's FX here and this time I bought my Madone. After that, I am planning to buy my mother's bicycle. They also regularly provide various education sessions to customers. If you are interested in purchasing a fine bicycle, I strongly recommend you visit this store.
