We purchased our 6 year old daughters bike here and Sam was the best and most knowledgeable sales person that has helped us and we have been to many bike shops before visiting Trek Maple Ridge. We had such a great experience we purchased our dual sport bikes a few months later and Dave was also incredible helping us out. The entire process, from start to finish was amazing. We had zero experience and Dave walked through all the important information and showed us how everything works, despite being very busy in the store. We will never go anywhere else for services or bikes as our kids get older. Thank you so much Sam and Dave!

Anyone that is investing in a bike needs to head here!! My experience was nothing but amazing from start to finish, and all that credit goes towards Markus.
Right when I entered he greeted me and helped me test tide. I had an idea of what I wanted when I went in, but I was happy that he offered some thoughts and opinions. Ordering was really easy; I received updates on when the bike arrived in the store and when it was ready for pickup.
I felt like Markus was honest on what I needed, and wasn’t trying to up sell me on anything. He was really friendly and made the experience relaxed and smooth, and helped me find everything I needed! Certainly an above and beyond type of customer service.
I am super excited for my first Trek bike (Emonda SL 5).

만만한 가격은 아니지만 직원분이 너무 친절하시고 동네 자전거가게보다 제대로된 정식매장이라 믿음이 가서 구입했습니다.
세팅도 잘 되어서 기어변속이 이렇게 부드럽게도 되는구나라는 생각을 했네요.
추가합니다. 구입 후 앞/뒤 펑크나서 방문했는데 정말 친절하게 무상 튜브 교환 받았습니다. 몰랐는데 아이가 넘어졌었는지 레버가 좀 휘고, 뒷 힌지가 조금 휜것 같은데 그것도 꼼꼼히 다 잘 체크해주셨네요.
아무래도 좀 고가의 메이커다보니 쉽게 지갑을 열기 어려웠었는데 현대 매장만 다니다가 벤츠 매장가서 대접받은 느낌이라.. 돈값 제대로 하는 기분이네요. 첫째, 셋째 자전거도 여기서 구입할 예정입니다.
