They did a huge repair in my gearing, talking several times with Trek corporate to get it right. When I had to leave the bike for a planned weekend, they even gave me a loaner! So great all around! Highly recommend

Great team at the Maple Ridge location. They’ve serviced 2 of my bikes in the past 6 months. Received very quick turnaround times on both, dury peak season. 24 hrs for one and 48 hrs for the other (extra day because the part had to come from their Poco location). Both times were with no appointment, just dropped off. Very knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend them.
