키오스크 같이 생긴 게 있어서 그걸로 키 측정하고 인심도 측정할 수 있더라고요. 그걸로 자전거 종류별로 사이즈가 알아서 나오던데 신기방기. 덕분에 제 사이즈를 알게 되어서 좋았습니다. 직원분들이 친절하게 알려주셔서 감사!

자전거 구매하고 6개월 되었다고 문자 받음. 6개월 이내에는 기본정비가 무료라고 해서 바로 주말에 방문해서 무료로 정비 받음. 그냥 지나칠 뻔 했는데 문자로 알려주다니.. 앞으로 A/S는 여기다

They did a huge repair in my gearing, talking several times with Trek corporate to get it right. When I had to leave the bike for a planned weekend, they even gave me a loaner! So great all around! Highly recommend
