I had a leaking tire on my bike and took it in to Trek for repair. We came over from Bellingham to ride the Apple Capital Trail for a few days. Our trip would have been for naught without the needed repair. When I arrived at the shop it was close to closing but when I asked if repair was possible immediately, one of the bike techs said, "sure", without hesitation. Our bikes are e bikes and I know that repair of the rear tire on those is a bit more troublesome but "Ben" jumped all over it and had us back on two wheels in short order. I was impressed at the way the entire staff worked together, how the mechanics aided one another and how there was a general willingness and even pride in providing great customer service. These guys like bikes and it shows in all they do. We drive to this beautiful area several times a year to enjoy the trail, the scenery and Wenatchee in general. Trek Bikes has given us a whole new reason to continue our visits there. We now know if we run into a problem with our bikes we are in good hands with the Trek crew.
