These guys are on point. I use my FX1 to commute to work, I got a slow flat on the way into work. When I called them to get it repaired while I was a work Kevin found out how close I was and came over and picked up the bike for me so I didn’t have to worry about getting coverage. Dude went way above and beyond and got my bike back to me same day with a full tune up so I didn’t have to walk back to Fells at 2:30am. Thanks so much guys.

I had the best experience with this shop the multiple times Ive visited now ! This place is phenomenal, does incredible work, and has a quick turn around. The main points of contact during my visit were Joe and Lisa . They both were hands on with the bike and had it fixed quickly. Overall the customer service by all of the employees and staff was great . I highly recommend this shop !

Very nice atmosphere in this store! Really want to buy something! I spent almost the whole day here. Tested 3 bikes and liked them all. It was hard to choose one of the three! But I coped with this task and by the end of the working time I left on a brand new Merlin 7. Special thanks to Jonathan for his patience!!! He was able to devote all his free time from other customers to me! I recommend it to everyone! Now there are good discounts and time for shopping!

Beyond amazing. The warmth hit me as soon as I walked into the supermarket like sliding door (something important to bikers). By the end, I left with my bike, a coupon, information about how to learn to fix my own flat tire - for free, Information about regular fellowship rides through town,.and blessings I'll think of later. I thank the Lord Jesus for the friendship and resources I left with. And, I still had some money in my pocket.
