I needed to get some money out of my home equity to pay for medical expenses, and I thought that a cash-out refinance would be the right way to go. Based on his Yelp reviews, I contacted Gary on a weekend via email. Not only did he respond on the weekend, but he followed up first thing Monday, and by about Wednesday, after reviewing my needs and current mortgage, he suggested that the best thing for me to do was to get a HELOC from Key Bank rather than spending a lot of money on a refinance.
