I have now used Gary's team for both a home purchase and a refinance. I am a very picky customer, but Gary's team continues to exceed my expectations. They made my refi completely painless, and I closed within 5 weeks of opening the file with them. I had previously tried to refi with Caliber Home Loans, who held my mortgage. Caliber took 5 months in "processing" then at the end of that period of time said that I did not qualify for refi. I thought I could get a cheaper refi by using Caliber. I was wrong - Gary's team did the refi cheaper and in 5 weeks! I love them!!!!!!!
