Great experience! My partner and I are both self-employed which made the home buying process overwhelming. Gary Boyer and his team are life changers in my family’s book! My parents got into an awful deal with a local small mortgage lender back in 2005. Their house was in need of repairs and in order to make any improvements, they needed to refinance. I did not think it was possible for them to get out from under their existing mortgage and take advantage of lower interest rates because of the condition the house was in and their only income was social security. I wanted to help my parents, but I did not know where to begin. When I read all of Gary’s great reviews they really helped me make the call.
