However, from the first moment that we submitted the application, the process went incredibly smoothly. The communication, expertise and knowledge that they all posses are what dreams are made of. Any question that we had, it was quickly answered with several options. We rarely write reviews but we really want to highlight how amazing Gary and his team are. Without a doubt, they are the best to work with and we won’t hesitate to use them again.

This review is long over due, sorry Gary. I have been so fortunate to work with Gary for many years, but it wasn’t until lately I was able to use him for my person home loan. They say that buying a home is one of the most stressful times. I agree with that as I see it everyday in my job, but Gary and his team keeps you at ease. They were on top of everything from the start all the way to the end. When I met with Gary to see if I even could buy my own home I was so sure it would take months if not a year to get me ready to do so. We met I gave him all my stuff, two days later he sent me an email and let me know this is what he came up with. To my surprise he found a loan that works for me and my boys. The next thing I know I am buyer my first home all by myself. They are efficient, understanding, price competitive, and personal. They make you feel like one of the family, like they have just as much to gain and or lose as you do. Gary you and your team are top notch and I would never trust anyone else with my Family. Such a helpful broker. I was so clueless when it came to buying a house. I’m the county bumpkin construction worker type. So all the terminology was way over my head. I bought my house almost two years ago and he still responds the same day, same hour usually. If I ever sell or want to buy a different house. I would definitely go with Gary again.

Gary and his team were seriously the best! We were first time buyers that were looking to buy quickly and had no idea what to expect when we walked into the office. We weren’t planning to buy a house this year and didn’t have a huge down payment. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and really took the time to understand our situation. We went to a big bank prior to finding Gary and his team and I would say that the biggest difference is that the bank felt very cold and transactional. All the language was fairly negative (ie. “well, you guys probably won’t qualify for much, but I’ll see what I can do”) and we left feeling a little dejected. Gary’s team was quite the opposite. You can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do and really want to help people. We had a pretty traumatic experience with our dog right in the middle of trying to close on a house. I texted Gary at around 11pm and he actually took the time to call me that night and reassure me that taking care of our dog wouldn’t result in us losing our funding. The whole team really just went above and beyond to help us. If you are looking for a mortgage, give Gary a call!

Gary is the best! This is the 2nd home he has helped us buy and the common experience we had both times was that he was incredibly knowledgeable, very responsive, and most of all caring of our situation and experiences. His genuine desire to consistently do the right thing for his customers is pretty remarkable… and it’s no different today than it was 8 years ago. I know that Gary’s business has grown leaps and bounds since the first time he helped us, but he gave us the same level of personalized service in 2017 as we received in 2008. We are not very good renters, we were like fish out of water living in homes that we could not truly make our own. When the time was right, we started looking for a new pond to live in, and contacted a mortgage broker. They were terrible, feeding us the standard bait (and switch!) and completely unable to back up their promises. From previous experiences, we were expecting phone calls, push-back, strange requests for things, and other delays. But, before we really knew what was going on, we were closing on our home! The weird West Coast “dry” close thing aside, this was a wonderful experience. Gary gently put us back into the water and even sent us an unexpected housewarming gift. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to Gary Boyer and the entire Directors Mortgage team. From start to finish, the financing process was stress-free. Okay, I made my own stress, but Gary and his team helped triage and prevent my melt downs.
