Negozio meraviglioso, molto ben fornito e dove si respira ciclismo! I ragazzi sono stati gentilissimi e mi hanno risolto un problema in 10 minuti anche se l’officina era già occupata! Trek has been extremely helpful from the moment I purchased a bicycle from them. For two years I relied on their service in Aachen, Germany. They have always been extremely responsive in their repairs, and have also accommodated my needs in helping to ship my bicycle from Germany to the United States. My final request will be on Tuesday (April 1st, 2024) where they will help me to print a shipping label in-house in order to fulfill the shipment of my bicycle (purchased from them) from Germany to the United States since I am moving back there at the end of the week. I am using a third party shipping service, but they have been extremely accommodating thus far, and I highly recommend them. Thank you, TREK Aachen.

Ich habe den Trek Störe kn Aachen besucht, weil ich ein Ersatzteil für meinen Sattel brauchte. Der freundliche Mitarbeiter hat das passende Teil in der Werkstattkiste gefunden und mir schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Besten Dank dafür!

Venerdì tardo pomeriggio arrivo ad Arezzo per partecipare sabato mattina alla Arezzo GRAVEL, nel montare la mtb ho riscontrato un problema alla ruota anteriore che non mi consentiva di partecipare, ho contattato telefonicamente lo store TREK spiegando il problema,mi è stato detto di recarmi da loro che nel frattempo mi montavano un ruota per la mia mtb che avevano in officina. Grazie alla disponibilità di tutto lo staff del Trek store ho potuto partecipare alla manifestazione organizzata molto bene. Ancora un Grazie
