Amsterdam/schipol was the end point of our bikepacking trip starting in Stuttgart.
Called the Trek store two days before arriving in AMS to ask if they had two empty cardboard boxes we could pick up (to use for transporting bicycles on the flight back to Sweden). Service over the phone was excellent! They kept two boxes for us to use. Also when we arrived at the store they were so friendly and gave some extra stuff to protect the bicycles in the box. Service and friendliness was 10/10!

Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Werkstatt, da ich mit dem Vertrieb keine Erfahrungen gemacht habe, wobei ich auch keinen Grund habe anzunehmen, dass dieser schlechter sei.
Ich war mit meinem Coboc Rad, welches ich ganz offensichtlich nicht bei Trek gekauft habe für eine Reparatur dort. Wurde sehr kompetent beraten, die Reparatur wurde zu einem fairen Preis durchgeführt und mir wurde nicht versucht irgendetwas unnötiges aufzuschwatzen - genau so, wie man es sich wünscht.

This was best place we have hired bikes from by far. The ebikes were excellent with lots of battery life - 50 plus km and only lost one and a bit bars, so no range anxiety. They were in great condition. Everything was very well explained by Riccardo, in English, who also made us very nice coffee at beginning and end of the day. They have lots of suggestions for routes - just scan a QR code and download into Ride with GPS. A great way to see Arezzo and it's environs. Highly recommended. I added some photos of where we went but Google would not let me post as said violated their policies - shame as it was beautiful.

Excellent service. I just happened to pass by, because I felt I had something like a flat tire. The staff took my bike and after a thorough inspection, just the faulting parts. Good service, I can only recommend. Those guys are the best.
