Brought my bike in for a fix, nice and flexible service
My bike stood around outside for a year, so many parts had to be either repaired or changed. The staff explained everything to me well and was honest about which repairs are necessary and which wouldn‘t make sense.
I liked the transparency of the costs - I was told beforehand how much every new part and every service will cost so I had a good idea how much to expect.
The repairs & parts ended up being around 120€ and it took a few days. They sent me a message to let me know I can pick my bike up.
I know nothing about bikes and repairs so I don‘t know how the prices compare to other places. But the staff definitely know what they’re doing and I‘m happy with the service. Would come again :)

Very nice people here. I did not buy a bike, but needed help with a damaged shoe. I asked for a cable tie and they gave me one immediately, and I was able to repair my shoe and continue the city trip. Thanks a lot for the help, guys.
I would surely come here to buy a bike as well. The Shop looks very nice with beautiful Bikes, and I am sure the service will be as good as I have experienced.
