Very nice people here. I did not buy a bike, but needed help with a damaged shoe. I asked for a cable tie and they gave me one immediately, and I was able to repair my shoe and continue the city trip. Thanks a lot for the help, guys.
I would surely come here to buy a bike as well. The Shop looks very nice with beautiful Bikes, and I am sure the service will be as good as I have experienced.

I brought my Trek bike for service and in less than 15 min I was out after having a lever bleeding, seat clamp change, gear indexing, and a side mirror installed. The guys are super helpful and approachable. Love my trek bike and love this shop. 100% recommended :-)

In Aachen gibt es definitiv kein Fahrradgeschäft, in dem man so kompetent, ehrlich, freundlich und vor allem schnell beraten wird.
Die Räder von TREK und Diamant sind wirklich gute deutsche Wertarbeit und der Service sucht Seinesgleichen. Die Werkstatt nimmt vor allem auch hausfremde Räder zur Reparatur an. Etwas, beim dem Velo und Co sich eine Scheibe abschneiden könnten :-)
