In Aachen gibt es definitiv kein Fahrradgeschäft, in dem man so kompetent, ehrlich, freundlich und vor allem schnell beraten wird.
Die Räder von TREK und Diamant sind wirklich gute deutsche Wertarbeit und der Service sucht Seinesgleichen. Die Werkstatt nimmt vor allem auch hausfremde Räder zur Reparatur an. Etwas, beim dem Velo und Co sich eine Scheibe abschneiden könnten :-)

I had my pedal stuck in a crank because of a faulty thread, I couldn’t unscrew it myself. The mechanics were very friendly and helpful, they removed the pedal and I got my bike back in a matter of an hour, which was way faster that I expected considering that it was the high season and they were probably loaded with work. And they didn’t charge a lot.
