Very poor professionalism. Bought TREK bike from this shop. Had a free service scheduled. After the free service took the bike home and found that the headlight was missing. Called the shop, someone spoke to me and asked me to come with the bike. I biked all the way to the shop to get an answer that we could not find your light. You must have lost it. Amazing that he concluded that I have lost it where I did not use my bike at all. I asked him why did you call me and waste my time where you could have said on the phone that we are a unprofessional people and cannot help you. If we find it means you lost it. Pathetic experience. I will not do any service with these people. I bought a fully loaded bike with them and this is the treatment you get.
